Le Château Paveil de Luze, Cru Bourgeois Supérieur, est situé sur l’un des plus beaux terroirs de l'appellation Margaux. En 1862, le baron Alfred de Luze achète ce domaine. Un terroir magnifique de 32 hectares exposé est/ouest et d'un seul tenant lui permet de produire millésime après millésime un vin d'appellation Margaux élégant et d'une finesse incomparable.

This is fresh and crunchy with dusty tannins and a slightly chocolatey mouth-feel. Medium body. Attractive floral and blue-fruit finish. Chocolate, too.

Bursting with aromas of cassis, plum, crushed mint, orange zest and petals, the 2022 Paveil de Luze is medium to full-bodied, rich and broad, with a fleshy core of fruit, sweet tannins and a long, expansive finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant blend from the gravely plateau of Brane is routinely one of the Médoc's finest non-classified growths, and it has turned out very well this year.
